Terms

• This estimate is only valid for a period of 1 week unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. If the client accepts this estimate and then the project is delayed by more than a month, I reserve the right to re-quote and re-invoice.
• If any work commences and the client is then unable to proceed with the project the deposit will not be refunded in full. A pro rata amount will be agreed for the number of hours already worked, and the balance (if any) refunded.
• If a project over-runs the agreed “go live date” by more than one month due to delays on the client’s side, I reserve the right to request additional payments to cover ongoing costs. These will be agreed upon with the client before invoicing.
• Accepting this Estimate is required before any work is undertaken. This indicates that the client accepts my terms and conditions. Top Technologies will not be held liable or responsible for the end use of any documents or work carried out by me and my team. I retain the right to reject work that I feel is illegal, immoral, or objectionable.
• If no PO is provided by the client, the Estimate number will serve as the PO# for the Invoice.
• If both parties are unable to agree to these terms and conditions then this document becomes null and void.
